    It looks like DB Governor (which the operating system CloudLinux uses to limit database users) 'glitched'.

    We aborted the CageFS (isolation layer) update, and restarted MySQL to fix the issue.

    We're still investigating.

    The server has been back up since 15:07. We're investigating the cause.
