DDoS attack on network

**All** traffic now being scrubbed
All traffic entering our network supplier's network is now being re-routed through the anti-DDoS provider for traffic scrubbing: differentiating legitimate from illegitimate traffic, blocking the latter to avoid the network being overloaded.
Scrubbing could cause some legitimate traffic to be blocked, as there is no 100% foolproof way to differentiate kinds of traffic. The main priority is having the network be stable.
We are monitoring the situation. Services are currently up.

Services may come back up for a couple of minutes at a time, then temporarily go down again. This is most likely a result of the scrubbing algorithm learning to differentiate legitimate traffic from illegitimate traffic.

The DDoS attack's source has been found.
Traffic is currently being scrubbed through an anti-DDoS service. This could mean specific services start to come back up slowly, albeit with latency, but the attack itself is still ongoing.

The DDoS attack is still ongoing. As far as we can currently determine, this attack is NOT targeted at Cyberfusion or one of our customers, but the network as a whole.
Together with our supplier, we are currently investigating the best way to deflect this.

Cause found: attack
Our network supplier has mentioned that there was a DoS or DDoS attack going on.
One of the edge routers is currently being rebooted, after which traffic should slightly stabilise. We are currently discussing how long this should take.

The issue lies outside our own network - our network supplier is experiencing issues.

We are seeing network issues since around 19:10 GMT+2. There is a lot of packet loss, which means services are online, but can be very slow.
We're investigating and will report back within 10 minutes.
