Network maintenance BIT-2C

  1. Emergency network maintenance scheduled

    We are performing emergency maintenance to fix issues with the network switches in one of our data centres, BIT-2C.

    In the past few weeks, there have been several network hiccups. Our supplier has created a fix, which we will roll out. This maintenance must be performed to keep your services stable. We do apologise for the short-term announcement.

    The maintenance commences on Wednesday, March 4th. Some services will experience downtime. All times pertain to the Amsterdam time zone.

    Customers with dedicated services in BIT-2C will receive a personal message later today (March 3rd) detailing the impact in their case.

    In the coming weeks, maintenance might be performed on our three other data centres as well.

    * If no specific end time is given, it is 06:30 at the latest, and earlier if possible.
